Heather worked hard to find out the history of my mother’s family and create a book for her birthday, which wasn't easy with my mother having a common name and being from a working class background with few records. Updates were provided throughout and last minute changes I requested to the report were undertaken, with nothing being too much effort to make the book perfect. Heather even went out of her way to help me when the printers were delayed.
